Hot Keys, Keywords & AI Similarity For Business Texting App
Hot Keys are more than just ‘trigger keys’. Hot Keys are always associated with an ‘intended question’. getLouie AI analyzes how close in similarity the users question is to your intended question. getLouie will send custom auto responses based on that analysis.
Lets say you own a coffee shop and you offer bagels.
Your customer sends a text
“Do you make onion bagels?”.
(The picture above is an example of Hotkeys (Onion Bagels) with the intended question ”Do you sell onion bagels”) getlouie will reply with the answer you entered for this question.
“Yes! We make the most amazing bagels with the freshest ingredients. Mention this text for 20% your next order.”
Now – Imagine for a minute your customer sends a text
“I’m having an office party Friday and would like to order four dozen onion bagels. Can you deliver by 7:30am?”
(The example to the right shows the incoming question does not meet any intended question (but meets Hotkey (onion bagel).
As you can see, there is no similarity to the intended question. You would not want getLouie to send the same auto reply as above
“ Yes! We make the most amazing bagels with the freshest ingredients. Mention this text for 20% your next order.”
Instead getLouie sends an auto reply you entered in your account that rhymes with
”Thanks for the message. We are having a team take a look and will reply again shortly”
This is a much more appropriate answer. In this example, getLouie will send an alert to you so you can reach out quickly and engage with the customer. How cool is that?
Key Words – Use specific keywords for things like: Locations, Discount, Specific etc. to send a custom auto response. Set this up manually and as messages come in, save the responses so when the same message arrives again, getLouie already knows the answer and will automatically send a response. No AI is used with keywords.
